Machinery imported
from Germany under the brand names of Truetzschler, Zinser, Schlafhorst produces
carded or combed, pure or mingled cotton yarns with a production
capacity of eight tons per day .
Production Lines:
The factory has a production lines connected to a computer network
and is supervised by experts who control the quality for all production
lines over the full 24 hours.
The factory consists of
the following departments:
- Opening and cleaning
department: The raw materials enter automatically to opening and
cleaning to purify the cotton from kerns, stains and dead filaments.
The source of this ginned cotton is the Syrian General Institution of
Cotton Ginning and Marketing, which ranks at 14+13 X -50% each.
- Carding department
(carding machines): These machines clean the cotton from the dead
filaments and stains, and change the raw materials into cotton sliver
with special counts that suit the following stages and the final counts
of spinning.
- The Drawing department
: the factory has two lines:
- Primary drawing line.
- Finishing drawing line.
These machines mix the
carded slivers and correct the disparity of the count between the
carding machines and improve the stability and count.
- The Roving department:
the roving machines change the cotton slivers into raw twisted yarn at (english
count) between Ne 0.8 - 1.
- The spinning
department: is equipped with 21 ring spinning frames with automatic tube
changing. These machines change the raw yarn from twisted into spun yarn
according to the demanded count ranging between Ne 16/1 to 32/1, also
changing the hauling percentage on the machine.
- The Auto-Coner
department: these machines automatically rewind the yarns from tubes to
cones and observe the production line by special control device to
accomplish high intact for the produced yarn. At this point all
inconsistent yarn is excluded.
- The Air conditioning
and Ventilating department: there are 3 stations from the German
Weissner company. These stations keep the humidity and temperature
stable and continuous for the continuity of cotton processing.
- Workshops and store
houses joined to the factory:
- The mechanical
workshop.
- The warping card
workshop.
- The electrical
workshop.
- The laboratory.
- Store houses for
cotton and produced yarn .
