About the Jeans
factory:
- This firm was founded
in 1992 and the machinery was imported exclusively from Germany.
-It is considered as an
integral production line, starting from the preparation stage and ending
with sewing and washing.
-Jeans are produced
according to international measures and at highest quality.
-Due to our distinguished
products, we have manufactured for several international companies
including Lord jeans, Lucky man, Kickers and Benetton.
Factory Departments:
The designing: Modern
programs under the brand of GGT.
- The sewing: with
electric scissors, the products become excellent.
- The ironing: by
compressors, steam inflation apparatus and ironing.
- Stone washing and
scraping: The importance of our products which are produced with the
highest quality has increased with the use of machines imported from
Belgium with computerized control under the brand of LLAPAD. We also
use drying machines imported from the USA under the brand of PANTEX.
- Department to control
the quality and final product.
Production Lines:
-Production is utilized
by the use of electronical sewing machines that include the following:

PFAFF machines.
- -Waist band machines.
- -Sloop machines (the
only owners in Syria)
- -Feed arm machines.
- -133 machines for
various sewing jobs.
-Production capacity is
1200 pieces per day.
