About the Readymade Suits factory:

-It was established in 1992.

-One of the biggest specialized factories in manufacturing readymade suits in Syria. Due to the great numbers of employees, the technical experts and modern technology, it is distinguished from other establishments in the same field.

-The factory is considered as an integral production line.

-Production capacity: 100 men suits, 150 women suits and 150 men trousers, per day.

Departments:

The designing

Supplied with a computerized drawing system imported from the US (GGT - company) for drawing and designing with American printer (HP)

The cutting

Supplied with a spreading machine and a semi-automatic cutting system from the German company (KURRS)

The sewing

Consists of four production lines, two for formal jackets (men and women) and the other two for the trousers.

The ironing and wrapping division

It has an integral line to ironing the suits. This line is supplied with computerized machines imported from France (LEMAIR Company) for all stages.
