About the Cotton Underwear & T-Shirt Factory
Since established in 1992, this factory is an important component of the whole industrial establishment. The dyeing house is a vital part of the factory as it guarantees production of the highest quality.
Raw Materials: What distinguishes our cotton-wear factory from other Syrian factories is that we use our own raw materials, cotton yarns that are produced at the Anas Economic Establishment spinning mill. The yarns we use conform with the international standards and that's what makes our cotton products competitive in both the local and international markets.
Factory Departments
The Circular Knitting Department:(Tricot)
Our machines are manufactured in Germany and the USA.
Types of machines used:
ALBI / Germany. o VANGUARD / USA. • All cotton and mingled fabrics are ring-spun.
Production capacity is (3 - 4) Tons per day.
The Dyeing House Department:
- Dyeing lines consist of the following machines :
- Jet Machines (German) brand names of THIES, KRANTZ, and BRUECKNER.
- Jet Machines (American) brand name of GASTON COUNTY.
- Fabric preparation lines, brand name of SANTEX (Swiss made).
- Dyes used are Swiss SANDOZ, which are known by their quality certificate and not causing any environmental pollution.
- Production capacity:
7 Tons / day. - Kinds of fabrics dyed:
- Cotton fabrics.
- Mingled fabrics.
The Sewing Department:
Our sewing dept. is one of the most distinguished in Syria. Its production lines are integral to the company.
Production lines:
Number of production lines /6/.
Number of machines in each production line /16/.
Kinds of machines used PFAFF, NECCHI, RIMOLDI, and PEGASUS.
Production capacity is approx. 7000-10000 T-shirts per day.
The design: is concluded according to adopted international programs with Italian origin and high quality computerzed system.
The cutting: The use of international computerized technology added to the sewing factory has a special importance together with the use of hi- tech machines.
